The webinar will present the findings from surveys conducted among CAMPEP-accredited residency program directors and current and recent residency program graduates. Our aim is to shed light on the current state of brachytherapy training in medical physics residencies, focusing on the heterogeneity across institutions.
Our panelists will also discuss the interest level of residents in performing brachytherapy in their first post-residency position. Understanding this interest level is crucial for creating a supportive environment that encourages residents to pursue brachytherapy as part of their career path.
